These components are manufactured using a selective moulding process viz. injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion moulding or compression moulding.
Thermoplastic products are supplied of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polythene (HDPE /LDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) elastomers or any other grades namely Acrylic (PMMA), Polyamide (PA) a.k.a. Nylon, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) a.k.a Teflon, Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), etc.

Polypropylene based electromechanical components are produced for the automotive and its allied sectors like construction equipment and vehicle industry.
Thermoset products are made of primarily Poly Urethane (PU) polymers. Other good examples are melamine (kitchen worktops), Bakelite (black saucepan handles), polyester and epoxy resins.
Natural (NR) or synthetic grade rubber components are produced by compression moulding process using mechanical or hydraulic presses at our suppliers works to their desired mechanical properties. We determine and check production of components to the required shore hardness scale and value. Typical synthetic rubber parts we can produce are with the use of grades namely Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), Polybutadiene rubber (BR), Isoprene rubber (IR), Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), Chloroprene rubber (CR) and Butyl rubber (IIR). Testing certificates for such manufactured synthetic products can be provided from recognised laboratories to comply for temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, resistance to oxygen and chemicals such as acids and petrol.
Rubber-to-metal / Rubber-to-nylon bonded components made of compression moulding over either steel or nylon inserts. The finished bush is called as “Silentblock” and hence rubber material to desired shape is formed over metal or nylon insert(s). One or more layer of metal can be molded onto rubber layer(s) to produce a rubber-to-metal bonded component.
Vibration dampeners such as the Anti-vibration mounts is a typical example of this category. They are being used in power generating sets, consumer durable goods and automotive (e.g. engine mounts) applications.
Among the above categories, PA, PU and NR bushes are widely used in automotive and general engineering applications.
